The
spiritual world and spiritually awakened souls have an opportunity to create a
new spiritual healing center in Panama.
We have available to us a new housing development in Panama Central America. My
friend David, the General Manager of the project said if we can make it work
and it is financially viable, we could make it into a Spiritual Center
for restoration and Healing. The present name of the development is EL CIELO DE
PANAMA OR in English THE
HEAVEN OF PANAMA and it truly is The heaven of Panama.
The
development is new, but presently has a very beautiful Boutique Hotel with ten
rooms, restaurant, dining room, bar, discotheque, games room, meeting rooms and
additional rooms, work out center, sauna bath, Message parlor, court yard, two
very large swimming pools and Jacuzzi. Two of the ten rooms has a Jacuzzi, as
well as being larger rooms. All ten rooms have king size beds, flat screen, TV
and internet.
The views
are out of this world, I would challenge anyone in Panama
to find a Hotel or Development anywhere in Panama with a better view than this
one, it is most incredible, must be seen to be truly appreciated. Beautiful Mountain views in three directions and
beautiful ocean views in the other direction, overlooking the ocean and all of
the towns from Punta Chame to El Valle. From the development you can also see
Altos Del Maria, Chica Campana, Coronado, Chame,
San Carlos, Playa
Blanka. The development is only ten minutes from Coronado where all the amenities that anyone
would need are available.
There is
also one show home completely built and complete, accept for the interior
furnishing. It is a three thousand square foot home, with car port, patio and
proposed swimming pool. There is a beautiful creek running through the middle
of the entire property and all government approvals for the full development
are approved and ready for construction. Government approvals in Panama can take
three to six years to complete before you can build. It is surrounded by
beautiful rolling hills with large mountains in the back ground, truly one of a
kind.
We have a
window of great opportunity here, however it will take a collective effort of
many souls to make it all work. The first objective will be to rent out the
rooms in the Hotel which is called the 007 Universe Hotel. For now the rooms
will rent out for sixty nine dollars per day in the week and eighty nine
dollars on the week end, with special rates for weeks and months. Later, as an
operating Healing
Center, we can put
together all inclusive prices that will include rooms, all of the facilities
and all you can eat, food and drinks.

PLAN
The obvious
markets for this project would be world wide. Spiritual healing centers will be
the way of the future. Many souls are awakening to their spiritual identity in
the world and desire to know more about all of the different spiritual healing
methods available to them. This information will be available to them at the
Spiritual Center. Different methods of spiritual and natural healing will be
available as well as many spiritual and natural healing seminars. There will be
professional Spiritual healing practitioners and natural healing practitioners
on site for consultation and instruction in healing methods.
This is a
type of project where we need to get many other people involved. We are
presently creating a web site to market this Spiritual Center world wide and to
make many souls in the world aware of what is happening here in Panama. This
web site can be marketed by many different media sources like, Craigslist, Ebay,
Google, Yahoo and many other popular search engines as well as facebook, blogs,
forums and other similar media outlets. There are many Spiritual web sites and
Spiritual forums that could be accessed. We need other people to pass on this
information and make others aware of this great opportunity.
